Description
Handcrafted in Estelí by José Pepin and Jaime Garcia, La Antiguedad pays homage to the Garcia familys deep Cuban heritage. Its Habano Rosado Oscuro wrapper, imported from Ecuador, drapes over a double binder of Nicaraguan Criollo and Corojo, with filler tobaccos sourced from the familys private farms in San Rafael, Las Quebradas, and San Joséeach leaf aged a minimum of three-and-a-half years for exceptional depth.
From the first lighting, it opens with a bold chorus of espresso and dark chocolate, underscored by cedar and pepper. As the smoke settles, luxurious layers of roasted nuts, leather, and earth emerge, imparting a lingering finish of sweet spice and creamy cocoa. Known for its impeccable construction, the Toro burns flawlessly with a firm ash, allowing you to savor a well-balanced, complex journey over 7090 minutes. A cigar celebrated for baking in tradition, it has earned praise as a robust, compelling complement to a fine whiskey or bold espresso.
