Description
The Rocky Patel Vintage Series 1992 Torpedo is a sophisticated take on one of Rocky Patels most beloved blends. Part of the Vintage series that helped define the brands reputation for consistency and craftsmanship, the 1992 Torpedo showcases the harmony of aged tobacco, structured flavor, and precise constructionall wrapped in a refined torpedo shape.
Handmade in Honduras, this 6.25″ x 52 box-pressed Torpedo features a rich and smooth Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, aged for 10 years to deliver soft spice, natural sweetness, and depth of character. Beneath the wrapper lies a well-balanced core of Dominican and Nicaraguan long-fillers, also aged, offering an ideal blend of strength and smoothness.
The tapered head intensifies the draw, enhancing the richness of each puff. From the first light, the cigar opens with cedar and espresso, followed by notes of dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and earth. As the smoke progresses, a gentle baking spice and sweet leather round out the profile, offering a medium-bodied experience that is both satisfying and approachable.
The 1992 Torpedo is perfect for pairing with medium-bodied spirits, coffee, or vintage port, and stands as a testament to how age, construction, and design can combine to elevate the smoking experience.
